Ingredients:
-1/4 cup oat flour
-28 g plain unsweetened pea protein powder
-1/4 cup apple sauce
-2 tbsp maple syrup
-2 tbsp cocoa powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/4 cup almond milk
-2 tbsp chocolate chips
Method:
-mix all ingredients until smooth
-pour batter into microwave safe mug
-microwave for 30 second intervals until cooked through (mine took about 1:30, this may differ based on your microwave power)
