I don’t know about you, but I love having bite sized snacks in the fridge for whenever I need a quick treat! These peanut butter energy bites have been a staple for me recently, and they’re so good they have the approval of my whole family. All you’ll need is six simple ingredients and a food processor and these could be yours!

Ingredients:
-15 dates
-84g plain unsweetened pea protein powder
-3/4 cup peanut butter
-1/2 cup oats
-2 tbsp maple syrup
-1/2 cup almond milk (more as needed)
Method:
-blend all ingredients in a food processor to form a crumbly dough (add more almond milk as needed)
-roll the dough into balls (I usually get somewhere between 30-40)
-chill bites in the fridge at least 1 hour
-enjoy!
