During the summer I love making fresh smoothies to stay cool! My current favorite is this pineapple sour cherry smoothie. Its the perfect mix of sweet and sour flavors! Plus it only requires 4 ingredients (5 if you count ice), so it works well for a quick breakfast as well. Be sure to save this recipe for later!

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup frozen pineapple
-1/2 cup vegan yogurt
-1/2 cup tart cherry juice
-1/2 banana
-1/2 cup ice
Method:
-blend all ingredients until smooth
-pour into a glass and enjoy!
