Tofu Scramble is one of my go-to recipes when I can't decide what to make. It takes just a few minutes to put together but tastes absolutely delicious. It's also completely customizable based on your favorite veggies and spices. Be sure to serve it with a side of air fried potatoes to make a full meal!

Ingredients:
-1/2 or 1 cup veggies
-6 oz extra firm tofu
-2 tbsp nutritional yeast
-1/2 tsp black salt
-sprinkle of turmeric
-good amount of cayenne
-sprinkle of cumin
-sprinkle of fennel seed
-salt/pepper to taste
Method:
-heat some oil in a skillet and salute veggies
-crumble in tofu and add all the spices
-stir until well mixed and warm
-serve with air fried potatoes
-enjoy!
