Every weekend I meal prep energy bites for an easy snack during the week. I usually go for plain peanut butter flavor, but this week I switched it up and made almond butter brownie bites. If you love chocolate, you’re gonna want to save this one!

Ingredients:
-15 dates, pitted
-3/4 cup almond butter
-2 tbsp maple syrup
-1/2 cup oats
-3 tbsp cocoa powder
-84g plain unsweetened pea protein powder
-1/2 cup almond milk (or more as needed)
Method:
-blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, adding more almond milk as necessary to form a thick dough
-roll dough into balls and place on a baking tray
-refrigerate at least 1 hour
-enjoy!
