Did you know you can make a super creamy chocolate pudding from silken tofu? It may sound like a strange ingredient, but I promise you can't taste it at all! All you'll need is 4 ingredients to make this dessert, and to make things even easier it requires no baking!

Ingredients (for one serving):
-4 oz silken tofu, at room temp
-3 tbsp chocolate chips, melted and cooled
-1 tbsp cocoa powder
-1 tbsp maple syrup
Method:
-blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth (make sure chocolate is cooled and tofu is at room temp or else it will turn grainy!)
-pour chocolate pudding into dish and refrigerate overnight
-when ready to eat, top with whipped cream and cacao nibs (or any other toppings you like!)
-enjoy!
